Inaugural Fitter-Force Forum is “called to order”
A new initiative involving medium-sized fleet tyre service providers is taking place at the end of Q2, marking the inaugural Fitter-Force Forum hosted by CAM.
The roundtable will bring together early adopters of the new Fitter-Force platform developed by CAM who have committed to the initiative including road-testing the platform ahead of its roll-out. These include AA Tyremaster of Dublin, Paul Jarrold Tyres from Monmouth, Quality Assured Fleet Services in Oldham, S Tyres in Cork, and Three Counties Tyre Services based in Milton Keynes.
Fitter-Force combines the operational responsiveness of digital tablet technology through
e-jobsheet with premier tyre management software for all fleet tyre work for car, van, bus or truck. By being integrated it helps remove the back-office costs and paper-based inaccuracies that are the bane of fleet tyre service providers, while also helping improve their operational visibility and consequent customer service.
Aside from the connection to e-jobsheet, Fitter-Force will also incorporate an integrated diary system for effective resources planning (including mobile fitters), job launch (to the
e-jobsheet app), pricing, purchasing, stock control, invoicing and accounting as well as a richly featured point of sale (POS) capability. It also features both retail and fleet/account customer management as well as comprehensive views of customer service activities by account.
Fitter-Force has also been designed “from the gound up” with support for multi-language operations.
