CAM Sponsored Gifford Takes on Ultimate Pool Series
This weekend sees CAM-backed Richard Gifford heading north to The Grand Hotel in Blackpool, as the first Ultimate Pool Series weekend of the season gets underway.
Ranked 16th for the 2022 World Championships, representing Wales in their A team and finishing 9th in the recent European Championships, Gifford has proven he can compete amongst the best. But as a new cue to the Ultimate Pool Series, Gifford is entering the 2022 Challenger Series and will compete amongst 288 amateurs over the 3-day weekend.
Squarely focussed on finishing in the top 16 and earning promotion to the 2023 professional ranks, Gifford has a clear game plan. “Be bold, have faith and take the risk!”
