CAM achieves Gold standard again with Investors in People

Chris Allen, CAM’s Head of People and Process holds the new IIP Gold Award.

CAM has been re-accredited with the Investors in People (IIP) Gold Award, an accolade which only 17 per cent of organisations achieve. The IIP practitioner praised the business’ strong relationships with its customers. These are secured through high staff retention rates and an engaged workforce that provides a consistent point of contact to ensure customers receive the highest levels of service to support CAM’s innovative software solutions.

The IIP also highlighted the company’s strong people-centric culture and the importance the business places on its employees and their expertise as well as its commitment to flexible working practices, which clearly support the personal circumstances of employees and makes them feel valued.

The assessment also praised CAM’s directors for being active role models for employees and their commitment to achieving customer deliverables and business success.

Chris Allen, head of people and process, says, “We are absolutely thrilled to be re-accredited with the Gold award from the IIP. This recognition highlights how the ongoing investment in the processes and systems available to aid the development of our workforce to support their customers has helped them grow both individually and as part of their team.

“The senior management team is committed to continuing to invest in these areas because it understands first-hand how training benefits our customers and the business, and how it has made our staff feel like they are part of one big family.”
