Redpath Tyres’ efficiency drive prompts Bridgestone FleetBridge integration via e-jobsheet

Following the successful integration between TiDaeX and Bridgestone’s FleetBridge system, Redpath Tyres is leveraging its use of e-jobsheet to connect directly with FleetBridge to secure greater shared data accuracy and efficiency between its business and Bridgestone Europe.

When work is conducted by Redpath Tyres on a Bridgestone fleet vehicle, the direct connection between e-jobsheet and Bridgestone’s FleetBridge system will enable job data to be passed automatically from the the tablet, including a copy of the job card and any photos and signatures provided, to be populated in both company systems within seconds of job completion from a fitter’s tablet. Inspection data will also be transmitted automatically to Bridgestone.

Melissa Redpath, head of operations at Redpath Tyres, says, “Because the systems introduced by CAM some five years ago and its support are working so well with our business, we agreed to jointly push on with this option for delivering even greater efficiencies by connecting with Bridgestone’s FleetBridge.”

Steve Daly of CAM comments, “Our successful collaboration with Redpath Tyres is down to the mutual understanding of how dedicated tyre software systems can benefit commercial tyre service providers. By working in partnership, we will be able to introduce further efficiencies for the company, proving the direct connectivity delivered by our technology can enhance the dealer’s customer service while saving them time and costs.”

International Day of Charity - Meet Some of the Tyre Industry's Volunteers
International Day of Charity. Pictured left is Mile Jarvis in fire fighting uniform. Pictured right is Hannah Cuttriss dressed for Pride stood next to the GMFRS mascot.

As part of #InternationalDayOfCharity, CAM are celebrating some of the tyre industry’s charitable volunteers; learning how they go the extra mile to fundraise and support their chosen charities.

Miles Jarvis (pictured left) volunteers for the Nailsworth Community Fire Station as a part-time fire fighter and helps with their local fundraising events. Miles’ volunteering demonstrates he is able to stay calm under pressure. Coupled with his clear thinking under mission critical circumstances, you’ll understand why Miles is a big asset to CAM’s development team.

Hannah Cuttriss (pictured right) volunteers for the Manchester Fire Brigade events and campaigns team and is a regular at Manchester Pride and at the 999-Emergency Service Day. Hannah shares the charity’s ambition to make Manchester a safer place to live, work and travel. Day-to-day Hannah also works for CAM and is normally found travelling the length and breadth of the British motorways, supporting CAM customers and ensuring they get best value from their CAM software.

Steve Hollingsbee (pictured right) fundraises for the Cheltenham & Gloucestershire Hospitals Charity. Captain of the CAM Commandos at the recent Tough Mudder event, Steve successfully navigated his colleagues through the mire of mud; collectively raising a massive £2,324 for his favourite charity. More typically, Steve’s organisation and communication skills are used in his role as one of CAM’s Programme Managers.

CAM are by no means the only organisation in the tyre industry with a team that are dedicated to supporting charity. Hankook’s Guy Heywood literally goes the extra mile and truly delivers the ‘international’ in today’s International Day of Charity.

His ‘TransAid-athalon 2021’ year started with a 600Km bike tour of Germany, running 100Km in February and a British half marathon in March. The Paris half marathon in April and the infamous Three Peaks Challenge closely followed. Upcoming is Swim Serpentine, the Hampton Court half marathon and the London marathon in September. The Majorca Cycle Challenge in October wraps up his sporting year.

In awe and feeling out of breath just reading about Guy’s herculean efforts, CAM are delighted to be one of Guy’s corporate sponsors. However you can also support Guy’s superhuman fundraising efforts for TransAid, helping make their ambition to supply 10 cycle ambulances for Malawi a reality. Donate via Guy’s Just Giving Page at:
