CAM Awards 2020 - Our Winners!
Last week marked the annual and much anticipated CAM awards. Recognising staff members that go the extra mile for their colleagues and for CAM customers, the awards are always hotly contested. In a change to the normal format and much like the rest of 2020, this years’ awards were virtual. Nominations for the awards are submitted by the full CAM team and the winners announced by company director and awards’ host, Ryan Naughton.
A huge congratulations to CAM’s three 2020 winners: Mark Abbott, Carl Murphy & Adam Hardulak.
Mark Abbott - Colleagues’ Colleague of the Year
Chosen by his colleagues, nominations for Mark were received from across all departments. Given the glowing recommendations received and set against the backdrop of a challenging year, it’s unsurprising that Mark was awarded Colleagues’ Colleague of the Year:
"Unparalleled enthusiasm and work ethic."
"Always willing to help and explain."
"He's gone above and beyond."
Carl Murphy - Colleague's Manager of the Year
Being a manager can be a tricky balancing act, but its seems that Carl has all the relevant skills in abundance. Recognised by his team and fellow managers, Carl was the run-away winner for 2020’s Colleagues’ Manager of the Year:
“He always does what he says he is going to do.”
“He's spent time helping me understand the challenges our customers face.”
“He's so well organised, it sets a great example.”
Adam Hardulak - Special Recognition
CAM’s Special Recognition Award is as the name suggests – recognising an individual that goes the extra mile. Adam Hardulak was chosen by his colleagues for his productivity, persistence and his unequivocal focus on delivering for CAM’s customers:
"Always follows problems through until the end."
"A pleasure to work with."
"His consistent delivery makes a huge impact to the business."
